Tuesday's Tails- Dozer

I know I have posted alot about Dozer but I will not stop until I find him the home that he yearns for. He shouldn't have to live his life out at a shelter. He should have a person to love him, take him on walks regularly, give him hugs and kisses goodnight.

Flying With a Service Dog-My Experiences

Recently ,I have seen a video that a passenger was removed from a plane due to allowing his service dog to sit in a vacant seat. After reading all the comments I will say 50 % were saying just let the dog sit there and the other 50% were saying "no, that is against the rules". The ones who were saying let the dog sit there was because it was a large dog. Service dogs come in all sizes but there are rules that a service dog has to obey in order for the dog to be protected by the ADA and ACAA laws.

Before I fly, I always see my vet to get a health record. I have never had to show this to any airline but it's always best to have a physical before flying. I also carry my medical records, Canine Good Citizen test paper, and paperwork from ma's doctors that states I have passed all requirements to become a Service Dog. I also carry a card with the ADA Laws and my microchip card. Airlines are not required to ask for any of this but I would be rather safe then sorry.
When people see me in a airport, I have heard them ask ma "where is she going to sit? She is too big" I am not too big. The first thing they should know is that I did not just show up at the airport, like SURPRISE! Whenever we are flying, my handler (ma) calls the airline directly and tells them that I will be flying with her. She books her seat and she calls the airline again 24 hrs in advance to make sure there was a note stating I will be flying with her. We have been on some cramped planes that even ma worried about me fitting. I have learned over the years to become a porta-poodle. I can become portable.
I have flew on Delta, United Airlines and Cape Air and I am happy to say I have never had a problem. When we go through security , I am not required to take off my vest but I do. Ma thinks this helps to get through security faster. She will remove my vest , collar and leash and tell me to walk through the gate and stay. I will walk to the person on the other side, turn around, sit and wait for ma. After she walks through the machine they swab her hands and she puts my stuff back on me. Like I said YOU DO NOT HAVE TO DO THIS. We do it for convenience and to keep the line behind us moving. Plus I get lots of compliments from the person on the other side of the door. I strive on compliments. It means I am doing my job the best of my ability.
Things can be cramped on small planes
I curl up on the floor between ma's legs. Sometimes this isn't comfortable but she always books the shortest flights that she can. Since Sissy Sarah always flies with us, I am able to stretch out a little more between the two of them but there has been times that we don't get seats side by side.

On Delta flying from Evansville Ind. there isn't as much room as other flights I have been on. My head can fit under the seat and I can stretch out a little more. Ma makes sure I am not in the aisle. Don't want anyone tripping over me. This can be a safety issue.
Some ask why I don't fly in the bulkhead area of the plane where there is more room. The reason is I can't on the planes we have flew on. The bulkhead area is also a emergency exit and no service dog can be where the emergency exits are.
In larger cities where we can catch connecting flights I have found that I get more room on larger planes. I can lay comfortably under the seats. All airports have potty areas for service dogs. Its best to check out the airport layout to find these areas before you arrive.
St Louis Airport

Before we catch a connecting flight, ma always instructs me to stretch. This is so I don't hurt my back or get cramped legs. Hey, I am 7 yrs old so I am not a young pup! She also stretches so her legs don't bother her as bad from sitting. Having MS she has found she needs to stretch those muscles to make flying more pleasant.
Ma loves their cookies too!

Waiting to board the plane.
Before flying on Delta, please check their rules for flying with a service dog. Here is a link -> Delta's requirements  One rule they and other airlines have is no dogs are allowed on the seats. Just as any other passenger with a disability, you are entitled to any available seat in which you are qualified to use and your animal is expected to be seated in the floor space below your seat.  No animals are allowed to occupy seats that are designed for passengers.
I have flown with Delta 6 times and they were always courteous , helpful and even offered me a cup of water but ma asked for ice instead.

The representatives of the airlines we have called and book a flight with have always been friendly, helpful and made us feel like we are their only passenger. We have heard horror stories about traveling but we have only had a few quirks with luggage but never because of me. When I am at the airport in my vest, I am strictly a working dog. I do not want people to pet me. I am not a social girl like when I go to conferences or humane society events.

When I flew with United Airlines, I had a similar experience except their planes were bigger. We did fly out of a separate airport then we did before. Ma called the airline and reserved our flight and again 24 hrs before we flew.  When we board the plane ma always lets me settle in before she gets settled. She thinks about my comfort first.

Much more room to lay down.

Being it was a larger airport with larger planes I did have more room to stretch out. The head room was higher also. When I got off the plane I heard people saying they didn't know there was a dog on the plane. I also think to myself "what dog? WHERE?" I am a working girl. Our last flight was cramped and since so many were getting off the plane ma decided to just wait before we left our seats. Didn't want to try to get in the aisle with everypawdy but I am glad we did because I got to meet our pilot. She said she heard there was a standard poodle on the plane and she really liked poodles.

United Rules for flying with a service animal can be found here->United Airlines rules *Customers traveling with an emotional support or psychiatric assist animal must provide a minimum 48-hour advance notification to the Disability Desk at the United Reservations office by both 1) calling 1-800-228-2744 and 2) submitting the required documentation (PDF) by fax (1-313-234-6966) or email (uaaeromed@united.com). The Disability Desk must receive and validate the required documentation prior to the time of travel. Verification of documentation will include United contacting your mental health care professional. If we are unable to validate the documentation or if the advance notification is not given, customers will be required to transport the animal as a pet, and pet fees will apply.
While at airports there are many ways to catch connecting flights. Some of the obstacles that I had to learn was how to ride a Marta Train. These are fast moving trains to get you to one end of a airport to another. I learned really quick how to sit down and brace ma. She was the one who had a hard time on them. The first one we rode we found out quickly that if sissy Sarah didn't grab her shirt she would have ended up at the other end of the train. BOL!

I also took advantage of learning how to ride moving sidewalks and escalators. We don't have those things in Owensboro and it when I was completing my training I was allowed to skip those two things. When we were in Atlanta , we got videos of me riding them to show ma's doctor since he is the one who helped me with my training. Being he is a military doctor , he does things by the book.

I really liked the moving sidewalks. You could people watch while being still and I could keep check on ma's legs to make sure they were working properly.

I also learned how to ride a escalator. Right before we get to the point where we get off, ma says OFF and I would jump off. After riding a couple of times I learned how to get off gracefully. We did have a lady that made comments to ma about me being on one but ma told her that if the elevator was down she couldn't walk the stairs so I had to know how to use them. People don't understand sometimes that I need to be able to use any type of transportation because its part of my job. I am a full size dog so my ma can't just pick me up. I would never recommend a smaller dog riding these types of moving stairs. Full size service dogs need  to know how to do these things if your handler (pawent) is a traveler.

Sometimes not all planes are medium to large. Sometimes they are as ma calls them "crop dusters" These are small 6-8 seater planes that get you from small airports to larger ones. These will give you a whole different outlook on flying. Ma freaked out the first time we rode one but the return trip she was much better and actually enjoyed it. They don't offer beverages but they offer a pawtastic view of the land and clouds.

Smaller planes don't issue tickets like the others, you are loaded on the plane by your weight. If you don't like telling your weight then this isn't the plane for you. Since ma weighed the least she had to sit in the back. They even had to know my weight so they could add it to ma's. On the trip going , I laid on the floor beside a door and after we got in the air I sat up and put my head on ma's lap to calm her down. She petted my floof flat. She also popped some calm down pills that I carry in my pouch.I always carry her medication when we fly. This way if her luggage gets sent somewhere else or her purse gets stolen I always have it.  I know when she is about to have a panic attack and I will try to advert it. I calm her down most of the time.
Sissy Sarah got to sit up in front. Its a packed flight.
When we went through security at our airport ma does not remove my gear. She does remove my collar since it has a metal tag and she hands my leash and collar to the security guard and I pass through the metal detectors the same as I do in larger airports.
Since on the flight coming back to our hometown was minus 1 passenger the pilot told ma I could sit in the seat beside her. This was so the weight would be distributed. I appreciated being able to lay in a seat. I still keep my head on ma's lap so she can pet me to de-stress herself. It also allows me to keep check on her easier.

Cape Air is pet friendly as long as you call the airlines first. To view what their requirements are click HERE *We gladly accept live animals on our flights. However, advance reservations are recommended. Only one pet per aircraft may be booked confirmed space. Live animals are approved for travel on a first-come, first-served basis. Multiple live animals from the same family are permitted on the same aircraft; however it is possible that, due to space or weight constraints, the passenger and pets may not be able to be accommodated on any particular flight.
The airport is really nice and the staff is really friendly. The planes are a little louder than larger planes but its not bothersome and you can still hear the person next to you speaking.

I have been on planes, taxi's , shuttle buses and trains. I have never been on a cruise ship but I have been on a boat. Being a service dog I have to be able to travel and be alert to my handlers condition. I have to work with many distractions. Traveling can be stressful but it can also be a adventure in its own. I am confident that I can be put in any situation and I can keep my ma safe. I am very good at my job. Ma thanks me for helping her get through the traveling part and she tells me she couldn't have done it without me. This makes me know that because of me, she can do things she would have never thought about doing. Sissy Sarah always travels with us but even she will tell you that because of my ability to alert ma of problems before they happen that she is feels more comfortable with traveling with ma.

If you travel with a service dog my recommendations are:

  • Carry your paperwork- may never need to show it but best to be safe.
  • Always wear identification. Vest are not required but it makes it easier
  • Be prepared to be searched or swabbed.
  • Practice sitting or laying in tight spaces before you fly
  • Call airline directly to make reservations
  • Call airlines 24 hours before flying to reconfirm
  • Make sure your dog can be handled by others
  • Carry medications for handler.
  • Know your dog's limitations before flying.
  • Call hotel to confirm they know you are bringing your service animal
  • Always pack a towel to protect car seats (taxi, bus )
  • Be prepared to answer questions allowed by law
  • Be considerate of other travelers
  • Obey all the rules
Stay tuned for more information about Medical dogs! We will be co hosting a blog hop to help educated the public on knowing the differences of medical dogs.

Grain Free Dog Food Doesn't Have To Be Expensive

Lately  ma has been reading about the pros and cons of a grain free dog food. Science has proved that our ancestors were not grain eaters . They ate meat and occasional vegetables and fruits and not corn, wheat or rice.  We have a few friends who feed nothing but raw meat and their dogs coats are beautiful , shiny and their pets are quite healthy. But what if your dog won’t eat raw meat?  The 3 of us will not eat most raw meat. The only raw meat we will eat sometimes is tuna and not the stuff out of the can. Buying tuna for sushi gets expensive and with a small , medium and large dog in this house , it could break the bank.

Problems Faced- Guest Post By Rita Lillico

Today I have a guest who is posting on my site. The writer is Rita Lillico, she lives in Canada and she raises Bouviers and trains them to be Service dogs.

Rita Lillico
Problems Faced
A recent trip to Edmonton showed me quite well the attitude that people have regarding their dogs. I took Czar to a dog walk park; half the people understand their dogs and the other half seem to think that their dogs only have one set of feelings. Or maybe that is all they have ever seen and the attitude my puppy has to have time to be a puppy.
Most of the dogs we meet were young and full of energy. Bouncing and playing all over the place. One comment stuck in my mind even yet as I have heard it so many times. “Oh but my dogs is only being friendly”. Poor Czar the old timer was stuck with standing there with puppies bouncing in his face. I could not let him discipline as he would have liked to do, as it would have freak out the puppies owners. Yet would you like some teenager bouncing it your face and all over you saying and shouting hello? Of course not.
The one thing I have always found strange is the fact that dog owners have a habit of thinking their dogs has one emotion, friendly happy, never grumpy. Then they flip when puppy starts to mature and starts to test the boundaries. Something must be wrong with him; he has never nipped or attempted to bite.
Lets start with the basics of greeting. Puppies bounce and jump in each other’s faces and that of the adult dogs. The only difference is puppies bounce and jump right back. Adults, well a good percent is going to grumble and grump and discipline the puppy into respect the older mature alpha dog. Which leaves the owner of the adult dog being accused of having a vicious dog. Dogs are pack animals and have a strict line from dominance too submissive. Unlike the so-called equality of the human world. The alpha dog expects to be respected and ignored or have the younger, even adult submit to their will. So the reaction to put the young whippersnapper in his place is not an act to hurt, but one of sorry I a boss and if I have to shake you I will. Pups quickly learn in a pack that adults must be greeted with “respect. They approach adults using a slightly crouching posture, with ears back, tail down and wagging, and they lick the lower part of the adult’s muzzles. These are signs of respect and affection, not fear and are called the subordinate display. The function is to keep peace and harmony within the pack.
So when walking your dog remember not all dogs will be in a good mood, not all dogs will get along and most important most human owners have not train their dog to respect pack order and leadership. Take yourself for instance, can you honestly say you will like every person you meet, will you be able to greet every person with a happy smile and a cheerful hello. Of course not, this is what makes life so interesting and varied we are all so different, and so it is in the dog world. The main difference is that unless taught, their instincts go against the rules of our society. They look at life with basics, if no alpha dog or person around, and then they will take the command position. Even if they can not handle the responsibility, they will try to take control; this is where most dogs are given up to a new home or put done. Not because they were poor quality dogs, they just had poor leadership from their owner.
So before you let your dog run free to greet all the other canines they will meet, make sure your dog will come when called. There is nothing worse then meeting people who complain because your adult male is growling at a bouncing pup or dog. Yet they themselves cannot call their dog at all. Also make sure that your dog will ask permission from you as the leader to take off and run free, to go bouncing towards another animal or person. Because the same person who complain about Czars grumble, could not stop their dog from jumping all over me when I put Czar in the van. At nine months of age this dog was becoming a menace to all, friendly yes but its’ size enable it to knock me flat, and that pavement sure hurt. So if it had been an elderly person out for a walk, in the picnic area; there would likely be broken bones.
Hence the pushy puppy, who has not developed subordination? Has become a spoiled puppy. Showered with love and affection just because he’s so cute and cuddly and they want him so desperately to be their friend. Is now an out of control dog. When asked if their dog had had any obedience, I was told no. We wanted him to enjoy being a puppy, but he is getting hard to handle. He doesn’t seem to hear us when we call. In order to get him back we have to chase him or call several times. I stood there and looked around, five major streets within a short running distance. The chances of death were there and the owners did not seem to be able to see it. This dog run out on to one of the streets and the owners complained about stupid drivers.
So the steps from greeting improperly, was already progressing to the next stage. Yet I was cruel because I disciplined Czar from going on the street. My way of looking at it and it true, Czar was rusty about the rules of traffic in the city. Plus I want him around for a good while. So come means “come”, first time out whether I shout it or a quiet command or hand signal. The one rule to remember is that dogs can count and they know how many times you will give a command before you enforce it. If they are running towards a busy street, ten to one you only have time for one command before they are under the wheels of a vehicle.
So do your puppy a favor and teach him or her the ways of this world we live in and you will have a dog that people admire and comment on all the time. The easiest way I have of deciding what behaviors to correct; is to picture my dog at about 200 lbs. doing the same thing. I do not care if will never grow past 12 lbs., bad behavior is just that and in time you will come to dislike it intensely. So start the day puppy comes home, you have just replace their mother and its up to you to teach him from now on.

Kodak Pet Retouching Features Review and Giveaway

Back in June I was contacted by someone from Kodak. They asked me if I had ever used a Kodak kiosk to correct pets photos, in which I replied no. I have always seen these machines but never taken the time to use them. The intersect for Kodak sent me a $25 CVS gift card to use to use the features and create a project. The card arrived in mid July but we were out of town. When we got home we contacted the intersect and let her know we received the card and would do a review shortly.

Ma took a lot of photos. She didn't delete have of them like usual. She is known for taking bad pictures , she was like a petarattzi gone wild. She almost filled up the camera card.We had taken the card to CVS and started working on our photos but since she had a doctor appointment , we had to stop our work and leave. We had used all the software but we saved the photos  By this time it was time to go to BarkWorld, a pet social conference, where she took more photos.

When we came home, ma couldn't find her camera. She doesn't know if she left it in Georgia or if she lost it on the way home. None of us can remember when she last had it. We thought all our photos had been lost until she was on Dropbox and she seen her photos on there. Talk about a happy mama!

*Some of the photos you will see here do have a glare because we were in a well lit store taking photos of the screen of the Kiosk.*

The first project we tried was trying to get the extra glare off of our photos from the flash. We used Scooby for our model. Ma adjusted to contrast and tighten it up a little and I think it looked really good.

It was time to start on working with the eyes. They had a haze over them but the pet eye touch up corrected that with ease.

We then wanted to see if it would enhance my friend Lysander's eyes. He is a cat as you can see but unfortunately we couldn't get the look that we wanted. I guess it is because a cat has oval pupils where a dog has round ones.

The software has many features that you can create or enhance. Ma really like some of them and the ladies that worked at CVS were really nice. They would stop by and ask if we were having any luck or if we needed any help with any of the features. Ma explained we were working on a review and she wanted to use every feature to see what it did and to get a better understanding of what each one done. She told them if someone came in to have photos done that she would save her projects and allow someone else to use the machines. There was one lady came in and made prints but they had 2 machines so we never had to move.

One of the features we really liked was you could print from Facebook. You didn't need to have a camera card , disc or photos to scan to get those favorite photos off of Facebook. You could even print your friends photos !

I supervised the whole time. The manager even asked if I would like a bowl of water. I thought that was super nice. I wasn't thirsty but appreciated the offer.

Really liked the new canvas wraps you could have made. Its a photo that stretches all the way around the frame. I thought that would look great with my siblings and I together. I will have to remember that at Christmas for ma.

We had to leave and go to her dr appointment that took way longer than normal but ma saved all the photos on her drive. She called it a flash drive. Loved the features the Kodak Kiosk offered and the fact that CVS had displays of different projects on the shelf for you to feel and see.

After we got back from Barkworld, ma started thinking about what all she could do with the gift card and hoped that some of our photos would be good enough to print larger prints of. We were using sissy's camera and its not the best but it got us through.
Then ma remembered that Scooby Doo's birthday was in Sept. Since we don't know the exact date , dad wanted it to be on his birthday so him and his boy could celebrate together. The trip to Georgia was Scooby's first adventure and he did really well.
Every now and then ma send his 1st mom photos of him to let her stay part of his life. We know it was a hard decision to give him up. I told ma why don't we print out some photos of Barkworld and send them to her. She really liked that idea. She thought of something better..

We made a 8 X 10 photo book to send to his mom to show his adventure. This would be his birthday present to her. The book is pawtastic. The binding is super strong and the look and feel is wonderful. Its printed on Kodak paper and it is glossy. What really impressed me was that it took no time to make the book with all the fun things you can add and it is ready in about a hour! The lady even called ma and doubled check that the pages were in the right order before they started printing it out. Since they were out of the binding in the store we had made the book in , they clerk took it to the other store to finish it so it was ready in about a hour in a half. Ma said she hasn't had caring service like that in years.

Here is a few of the pages we made. The book is 10 pages and it tells the story of Scooby's adventure.
* The photos in the book are clear and crisp but ma couldn't get the sissy's camera to capture them clearly. This is why you see reflections in the photos themselves.

We also printed out some new updated photos of the animals available for adoption to hang on our travel boards. We were really happy with the quality of this book and we will mail it on Saturday to his 1st mom. We sure hope she likes it. We think its nicer than just a handful of photos to hang on the fridge.

Ma has been collecting more photos to make our own family a book. The pages are fun to make because its digital scrapbooking and they have a wide variety of things you can add. They have seasonal, baby, weddings, birthday's you name it they have it. We really like the pet retouching software too. Here is a list of things you can do or create at a Kodak Kiosk -Kodak Gifts

I am happy to announce that I was told that I would be allowed to give one lucky reader a $25 CVS gift card to create their own project. This card will be mailed from a Kodak representative directly to you. I have chose Rafflecopter to keep the contest fair. Enter now and Good Luck!!!

*I was sent a $25 CVS gift card to try the Kodak Kiosk for myself using the pet retouching features. I was not asked in any way to give this a good review. Everything you read here is my own opinion and I used my own photos.

BarkWorld 2013 Recap

We recently attended the BarkWorld Expo in Atlanta Ga. What is BarkWorld you ask? It's a social media conference for pet bloggers, business owners and those who use social media to learn about networking, technology and how to information.
This was my third year of attending but BarkWorld was originally founded in 2009. I attend to learn new ways to enhance my blog, meet sponsors and other bloggers , to see my blogging friends who I follow and dearly love and for the SWAG.

We left Ky on Wednesday morning, a day before the conference started so that we could get settled in and ma could rest before the action began. It took us 7.5 hrs to get there because we ran in to fog and pouring rain. This year we took Scooby Doo with us. This was his first trip, conference and hotel stay. On the way there , we tried to napped but ma and sissy Sarah was singing songs on the radio.

This is a mountain we are approaching.

When we got to the hotel , The Westin Buckhead  sissy unpacked the car and ran to the check in desk to request our room we had last year while ma parked the car. It was available. Talk about a happy dance from your sister, she did it. She loves that room because it was right by the pool and gym.

We dropped everything in our room and we went out to potty and walk around. We ran into other blogging friends who had decided to come in early too. Later that night we decided to go to grab something to eat with them at a restaurant around the corner from the hotel. Ma got a hamburger that wasn't on the menu. Seems all the ladies who were with us kept wanting this waiter to repeat everything he said. He had a strange accent. Ms. Emmy said it was Aussie (Australian) I kept hearing these ladies say he wasn't bad to look at either. Which reminds me, I must tell dad to talk in that accent!

I got to hang out with my friends and that is what mattered to me. I got to meet Oz the terrier and his pawents for the first time and I got to see my fur friends Pepper , Rocco and Kona and their moms. Emmy was there too and I so happy to be there.
Pepperpom

Rocco and me, He is always so happy.

Hard to get photo when tails are wagging so fast
After the delicious meal according to ma, we headed up to our room for a bit. She fed Scooby and me and unpacked. Scooby started getting worried because he didn't understand where he was supposed to lay down. Ma trained us not to get on other people's furniture unless we are told it was okay. Poor Scooby just sat on the floor and cried.
Ma finally gave him the okay to get on the bed. He kept a watchful eye on her because he was afraid she would leave like sissy Sarah did. Sarah went to work out in the gym and take a quick dip in the pool.

After a good night sleep, we went out in the morning to potty and started seeing people who I knew arrive. To me this was exciting because these were my friends, the bloggers I follow, the rock stars of the web! The conference was to begin at 4 pm and it was almost time! I seen a white standard poodle who had polka dots! I seen Little Dog Linus , GlorGirly, and so many more.  Then I seen the Garth-Mobile, Garth was the grand prize winner of the Pruven gets you to Barkworld contest.
I bet you think I am smart knowing what Garth's pawents drove , don't you.
Shortly after I seen Oliver from All Things Dog Blog get out of the cab and he had on a service vest! My heart filled with pride. You can find out why I was so proud of him here->From Puppy Mill to Medical Alert. Now I had 3 friends who were service dogs here at the conference and I hoped we could take our photos together.

We went in and mingled with some friends. This was going to be a great conference, I could just feel it. We had a opening party where we got to get our photos taken on the red carpet and mingle with our friends and meet new ones.

Then ma seen McGrady, she had been looking forward to seeing him and giving him a kiss. We are huge fans of his foundation and his mom and him.
Put her in a room full of dogs and she is all smiles
McGrady acted like he knew her his whole life.

I kept going to Christina from Peace Love and Whiskers

While resting ,Flea from Jones Natural Chews sat next to me. I love her chickyums

Linus looked dashing in his trousers.
I met Wendi. She came with Linus.
Then I finally got to meet NINJA!

We had some fun at the OMGBooth

Sissy and Scooby joined me later.

I stopped by  Plexdor. I have one of these.

Scooby was trying to look like Yoda

He was excited to see a treat table
Sunset view from our room

It was a long day but comfortable night in our Heavenly bed.

The next day was full of sessions. We watched cat grooming 101 and I met Truman the polka dotted poodle.

His feet were a lot bigger than mine.

He liked my cologne

We also attended a few more sessions and one of them was about contracts. We watched a dog treat cook off and talked to sponsors.
Ma asked me to stay with Scooby in daycare for a few hours. I did but I was sorta embarrassed that I was wearing the same shirt as I was 2 yrs ago.

My friend McGrady
We walked a couple of blocks to a restaurant called Fresh To Go with some friends and talk about a great time. This group had a blast. They laughed so hard. The waiter kept giving ma her change back and she kept handing it back to him. Everypawdy had to explain that she was trying to give him a tip. Bless his heart, he had only been a waiter a couple of months. Adam from Singing Dogs also joined us but the waiter who got our photo of everypawdy sorta cut him out. Sorry Adam. But we had a blast with you.

Ma's meal. She still talks about the tuna
Our friend Edna could not attend BarkWorld but Emmy had printed out a FlatEdna so we could include her in all the fun.
Elileoplurodaun was going to eat Edna but she was stopped!

Then Petco unleashed unveiled their StarWars Pets collection that is now available. They gave all the pawents a set of Yoda ears. Oh yes they had fun with us. But to see pawents laugh and smile was all worth it. You can see the rest of the bloggers and their pets on OMGBooth in Atlanta

One the last day we went around and got extra swag. It was the last chance for our photos with everypawdy.
Garth is sure cute.

Sugar's mom sure gives a great back scratching.
It took us 6.5 hours to get home. We had beautiful blue skies all the way home.

After we rested a little , we went through our swag. We sorted everything out.
LOOK WHAT I BROUGHT HOME!

The swag was taken to the Owensboro Humane Society. It will be separated and put in adoption bags for when my fur pals get adopted, their new pawents have a starter kit.
Thank you BarkWorld for the fabulous time and thank you to all the sponsors who attended.
