Feline Friday- DIY Cat Tent

The other day I was scrolling about the internet when I came across a cute DIY project and it said "Simple and Fun". OOH, 2 of my many favorite words. I checked and seen we had what we needed so ma and I set out to create it.

It is a do it yourself cat tent. I have a cat that needed a tent.
So here is what we did.

Cut hanger tops off.
Bend hangers to make arches
Poke holes in all 4 corners of box to put hangers in
Push hanger ends in hole and flatten out.
Molly Mew wanted to help with the next steps
Cross the hangers so they form a X
Cover hanger ends with tape to hold in place
Cover all 4 corners
Molly had to test the hangers for strength
Use duct tape to hold hanger X together
We added a hanging toy and covered with tape to secure
tape the hanger on the box. It makes it more secure
Place t shirt over hangers so the bottom of the shirt is on the bottom  of the box
Place head hole of t shirt in front of box. This is where the cat will enter.
Let your cat inspect your work.
*You may have to remove cat numerous time
while constructing this project.*

Now it was time to test the new cat tent. Wonder who we could find to test it??

Project completed!
This took 45 minutes to construct
If you do not have the help from a cat
it will take about 25 minutes to make.

My Christmas Wish

Last year I asked Santa Paws to please please bring Dozer the red nose senior pit bull a home. He had waited patiently for 7 Christmas's for a home of his own.
I even wrote a song about Dozer the red nose pit bull.

This year Dozer is in a home of his own. He has a family who loves him with all their heart, a little girl who thinks he hung the moon and the stars and he is her bestest friend in the whole wide world . Santa Paws granted my wish even though I had to wait a few months for him to do it. I understood that Santa had a very long list to grant and sometimes good things come to those who wait. The wait was so worth the time it took because my friend is probably right now cuddle up on a bed or a couch with his mom.

Sarah, The Registered Service Dog?

There are so many scam sites out there for registering your dog as a service dog. One of the largest scam sites is the United States Service Dog Registry or as it is it is more commonly called the USSDR, NSAR.
To prove my point, I registered Sarah as a service dog. The website registered her for free but we could have paid the fee and got the vest and ID card.

Spots Farms Chicken, Apple, Sausage Treat Review and Giveaway #Sponsored

Hello, My name is Carma Poodale and I am a Chickyum addict.
What is a Chickyum?
Its Chicken, its so yummy that all I can say is I love chick-yum yum yum.

I am very picky poodle. I just say I have exquisite taste. (wink) When the China scare about the chicken jerky happened, I thought I would never ever ever get a chicken treat again. We had to resort to making our own homemade treats. They were tasty and all but ma is not one who loves to get in the kitchen. She is the type that could live off of cereal if it meant not cooking. What is a poodle to do except work on my "I'm so pitiful, I need chickyum" look?

When we went to Barkworld in Atlanta, we met Keona. She is a social media coordinator for SpotFarms. As I was walking by her table I seen something in a bowl that looked delicious. I stopped to say hi and get a sniff of what was in that bowl.

I came home from Barkworld with SpotFarm Chicken Jerky. My fur siblings thought I struck gold. I got so sad when ma said I didn't have anymore left in my bag. It was EMPTY!

All good things must come to a end or empty a bag
I was so happy when I got a email asking me if I would do a review for the SpotFarms Chicken Apple Sausage Recipe treats. We had thought we had brought those home with us but we brought the jerky home instead. Keona sent me a bag in the mail to review.
Talk about a Happy Poodale!

I promise that these are delicious. I know that ma loves that they are easily torn into small pieces to make the treats last longer or to use as a training reward.

I love they are made from chicken that are raised in Kentucky! The turkey is made from turkeys raised across the river in Indiana. I love they are not from China so I can have the treats. That makes ma happy, that makes me happy.

I learned how to do a trick using these treats. Wanna see it?
